BTW, I'll go with a 2 year old on the deer also....

the reason we age deer in the 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, etc etc age is b/c when we see them they are in their half year old stage....i mean, there aint nothin wrong with sayin 1, 2, 3, but, most deer are born in the summer and when the fall rolls around then the deer 6 months older than what they were in the summer....if we wanna talk about just rounding the deers age then why not round it up???
in the meanwhile, i'm gonna stick with aging deer in the 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, etc etc
