i have the g5 optix xr sight and the qad ultra rest hd and love em to no end work flawlessly each and everytime. i also have a hot dot and like it to but needs a light in low light also have an hha and like it too though the one pin is awesome. but if i was to choose for me again would be a hha sight with .019 pin and another qad ultra rest hd. cant beat em.
i like the ultrarest do to its full containment and the design works great and i shoot a screamin bow with no fletching contact. cant ask for much more

I have an hha 3 pin sight and a qad ultra rest hd and I love them both. The drop away rest is like night and day from my bodoodle standard rest.

My suggestions would be a Schaffer rest and a Spot Hogg Hunter Hogg-It. They are both very well made and have the features that you are looking for. They are a bit on the expensive side, but IMO are well worth it. With the sight I would go with the large guard and the wrap to greatly improve the brightness of the pins. I've never saw a sight with brighter pins.

dude u gotta go with g5.... i am tough on my stuff and i have never had to adjust it....but when u do need to adjust it it has knobs so that when u loosen the alan keys it won't move till u move it....as far as the rest....i say u get what u pay for....i shoot a mathews drenalin with a g5 optix 3 pin sight and a trophy taker fall away... the only downfall about the fallaway is that if u need to shoot straight down the arrow has a tendancy to slide off the rest....the fallaways give u a little more speed and is more forgiving as to the fact that when u relese there is nothing but air there....i shoot my dren at 294 ft per second with the fallaway....i have a martin that i use for turkey and i have a whisker biscut on it and if i grip it too hard or kame one small wrong move i can miss as far a 2 feet....just remember u get what u pay for

Sights are all about the same to me, but I have an opinion on a good rest...

Here's the website for the Ultra-rest, I've used it for about 4 years now and am very happy with it. Before it I had used the biscuit, Trophy Ridge drop away, and the Muzzy drop away. I'll never change my rest again. Let us know which you pick and how you like them.
